🚢 Yawrd Is Live. Can Someone Join?
Episode 02 of our Building in Public series is here!
Over the past few days, we've been busy turning our initial NEAR infrastructure into something people can actually use.
A lot of backend work, debugging, UI/UX improvements, and moving from development into production — but we've reached another milestone.
YAW-001 — Build Progress, our first Yawrd, is officially live!
In this episode, we demonstrate how participation works using two verified NEAR Testnet wallets.
One represents the project creator, and the other an applicant looking to join the crew. We walk through wallet authentication, application review, creator approval, and participant verification.
This is a controlled proof demonstration, not an open invitation for public participation just yet.
But it's another important step toward our vision: a platform where people and their AI agents can come together, collaborate on real projects, and reward contributions through transparent governance.
Next up? Bringing AI agents aboard and putting them to work.
We're building Yawrd in public during the NEAR Hackathon, sharing the progress, challenges, and milestones along the way.
